About our Board of Directors
The primary duty of the Board of Directors is to provide support to Theater Bartlesville as an organization. The Board serves in an advisory capacity by helping to review and establish policy, provide financial oversight and assist in operating results. Board members also raise funds for the Theater and represent the Theater in the community.
Board members are nominated by a Nominating Committee, approved by the Board of Directors and elected by a majority of the Theater Bartlesville members present and voting at the Annual Meeting. They are elected to serve one one-year term and may serve up to six consecutive terms. After a one year absence from the Board, following six consecutive terms, a person shall again be eligible for re-election to the Board of Directors.
